Terms of Service
The rules for using caxyinteractive.digital, operated by Caxy Interactive in Chicago. These terms cover this website only — separate written agreements govern any software work we take on.
What these terms cover
These Terms of Service govern your use of this website. By accessing or using it, you agree to what follows.
Caxy Interactive, a software development company at 212 W Van Buren St #1000, Chicago, IL 60607, United States.
Reading about our web, application, enterprise software, and platform services, and getting in touch with us.
Any software development work we perform is covered by its own written agreement, not by these website terms.
Rules of the road
Use of the website
You may use caxyinteractive.digital for lawful purposes related to learning about our services and contacting us. That covers browsing our service pages, reading about our process, and sending us a project inquiry. It does not cover anything that gets in the way of the site or of other visitors.
Specifically, you agree not to use the site in any way that could damage, disable, or impair it, or interfere with another visitor's use. You also agree not to attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the site or its underlying systems. If you are unsure whether a particular use is acceptable, write to our contact page before you proceed.
We may suspend or block access where we have reason to believe this section has been breached. Because the site is informational, blocking access does not affect any project conversation you already have with us under a separate agreement.
Intellectual property
The content on this website — the text you are reading, the graphics, the Caxy Interactive name and logo, and the code that renders these pages — is owned by Caxy Interactive or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may view and print pages for your own reference. That permission covers a prospective client printing our service descriptions before a call, for example. It does not cover reproducing, distributing, modifying, or republishing site content for commercial purposes, which requires our written permission.
If you believe material on this site infringes a right you hold, contact us with the page and a description of the material so we can review it.
What you may do
- Read, quote briefly, and link to our pages in your own writing.
- Print pages for internal reference or client review.
- Share a link to any public page on this website.
- Republish or resell our content, or present it as your own.
Before a project starts
Project inquiries and communications
Information you submit through the contact form or by email is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. That policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, and how long we keep it.
Submitting an inquiry does not create a client relationship, and it does not obligate either side to enter into an agreement. Describing a project to us costs nothing and commits you to nothing. Any engagement we undertake will be governed by a separate written agreement that sets scope, deliverables, timing, and payment terms.
Until that agreement is signed, please avoid sending us confidential material, credentials, or production data through the website. If a conversation needs protected information, we will set up an appropriate channel first.
No warranty on website content
The website and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make reasonable efforts to keep information accurate and current, but we do not warrant that the site will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of harmful components.
Content on the site is general information about what we do and how we work. It is not professional advice for your specific situation, and it is not a substitute for a written proposal that accounts for your systems, constraints, and timeline.
Service descriptions, capability lists, and process write-ups can change as our practice changes. Where a page and a signed agreement disagree, the signed agreement controls. We may update, move, or retire pages at any time without notice.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Caxy Interactive is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the website or reliance on its content. That includes lost profits, lost data, or business interruption.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law. Where a project is underway, the liability terms in that signed agreement apply to the work itself, not to your reading of this website.
In plain terms
If you make a business decision based only on a page of this website, the outcome is yours to own — the site explains our work, it does not replace a scoped proposal. Ask us before you rely on a detail.
Third-party links and content
We sometimes link to third-party websites, tools, or documents because they are useful alongside what we publish.
Nothing beyond our own pages. We do not control, review, or endorse the content that lives on those other sites.
Your use of a third-party site is at your own risk and subject to that site's own terms and privacy practices.
We are not responsible for the availability or accuracy of external content, and a link is not a recommendation of everything that site publishes.
Cookie PolicyChanges to these terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date at the top.
Your continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree with them, please discontinue use of the site.

Common questions
Do these terms cover work you do for my company?
No. These terms apply to this website only. Any software development engagement is covered by its own written agreement, which sets scope, deliverables, timing, and payment. Where the two disagree about project work, that agreement controls.
Does sending an inquiry make me a client?
It does not. Submitting a message through the contact form or by email starts a conversation and nothing more. Neither side is obligated to enter an agreement, and no confidential relationship exists until an agreement says so.
Can I quote your service descriptions in a report?
You can quote briefly with a link back to the page you used. Republishing longer passages, reusing our graphics, or presenting our content as your own needs written permission first. Print pages for internal reference are fine.
What happens if you update these terms?
Revisions are posted on this page with a new effective date. There is no separate notice for routine legal updates. If you keep using the site after a change is posted, the revised terms apply; if you disagree with them, stop using the site.
Where should I send a legal question?
Use the contact page on this website, or write to Caxy Interactive, 212 W Van Buren St #1000, Chicago, IL 60607, United States. Include the section you are asking about so we can answer accurately.
